中心静脉导管配合持续负压吸引治疗老年自发性气胸 58例临床观察

目的观察中心静脉导管配合持续负压吸引治疗老年人自发性气胸的临床疗效。方法对58例老年自发性气胸患者采用中心静脉导管置入胸膜腔配合持续负压吸引行胸腔闭式引流术治疗。结果引流后患者喘憋症状在5~10min缓解,1~3d肺复张39例,4~10d18例,平均3·8d,未愈转院2例。结论中心静脉导管配合持续负压吸引治疗老年自发性气胸疗效确切,穿刺置管等操作迅速、安全、创伤小,老年人易耐受。

Clinical Observation of Central Venous Catheter Combined with Consecutive Negative Pressure Suction Treating 58 Old Men with Spontaneity Pneumothorax

Objective To observe the clinical effects of central venous catheter combined with consecutive negative pressure suction treating the old men with spontaneity pneumothorax. Methods 58 old patients with spontaneity pneumothorax were treated by central venous catheter combined with consecutive negative pressure suction for the thoracic close drainage. Results The dyspnea of patients installed with central venous catheter combined with consecutive negative pressure suction ameliorated in 5 - 10 minutes, cases with alveolar recruitment in 1 -3 days, were 39. 18 cases in 4 - 10 days, the average time was 3.8 days. Conclusion Central venous catheter combined with consecutive negative pressure suction is an effective method to treat the old patients with pneumothorax, puncturation and catheterization are safe, quick and have little trauma, the older patients are easy to endure.
