乳腺癌组织中p21WAF1、CDK4的表达及临床意义

目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中p21^WAF1及CDK4的表达及临床意义。方法 采用SP法检测p21^WAF1和CDK4在正常乳腺组织、乳腺癌旁组织及乳腺癌组织中的表达情况。结果 p21^WAF1阳性表达率在乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织中分别为41．1％、3．3％和12．5％，肿瘤组织明显高于癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织（P〈0．05），无淋巴结转移组明显高于有淋巴结转移组，与组织分级及PR、ER表达无相关。CDK4阳性表达率在乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织及正常乳腺组织中分别为51．1％、15．5％和0％，呈递增趋势，与肿瘤组织分级、淋巴结转移呈负相关，与PR、ER无相关。结论 p21^WAF1和CDK4与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关，有望作为判断乳腺癌恶性程度及预后的有效指标之一。

Expression and clinical significance of p21WAF1 and CDK4 in breast cancer tissue

Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of p21~(WAF1) and CDk4 in breast cancer tissue.Methods The expression of p21~(WAF1) and CDK4 of normal breast tissue,pericancerous tissue and breast cancer tissue was examined by immunohistochemistry.Results The(expressions) of p21~(WAF1) in breast cancer tissue,peri-cancerous tissue and normal breast tissue were 41.1%,3.3% and 12.5%,respectively,which were significantly different between the breast cancer tissue and normal breast tissue(P<0.05).p21~(WAF1) expression was negaticely correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.01),but was not with clinicopathologyic characteristics such as histological grade,PR and ER status.The expressions of CDK4 in breast carcinoma,peri-cancerous tissue and normal breast tissue were 51.1%,15.5% and 0%, respectively(P<0.05),which was positively correlated with tumor histologic grade and lymph node metastasis status(P<0.01),but was not with PR and ER status.Conclusion The gene products of p21~(WAF1) and CDK4 play a key role in the oncogenesis and development of breast cancer and their expression could be useful indexes to assess the malignant level of breast carcinoma and its clinical prognosis.
