| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨护理干预对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)经桡动脉途径行冠脉介入治疗术的临床效果.方法]回顾性总结50例ACS病人经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗,病人入院后进行系统护理干预,包括健康教育、放松术训练、心理护理等.病人术前、术后分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)测量两组病人心理状态,用多功能监护仪监测病人术中心率、血压变化.结果]经护理干预后病人术后SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),病人术后心率、血压优于对照组,差异有统计学意又(P＜0.05).结论]有效的护理干预能消除病人恐惧、焦虑心理,减轻病人躯体及心理性应激反应的发生,增强病人对手术的信心,提高手术成功率,减少并发症,有利于术后康复.
