家属康复教育对脑卒中偏瘫病人生活质量的影响

目的探讨予家属实施康复教育后对脑卒中偏瘫病人生活质量的影响。方法将98例脑卒中偏瘫病人随机分为2组,即康复教育组（观察组）和常规护理组（对照组）。康复教育组除行神经内科常规护理外,还教会家属康复训练方法,由家属一对一地指导病人康复训练。对照组仅给予神经内科常规护理。采用生活质量评定量表对病人进行护理前后评定。结果康复教育组病人生活质量较对照组明显提高（P〈0.01）。结论对家属进行康复教育,让家属指导病人康复训练,能使康复护理更具有针对性、规范性,从而提高病人的生活质量。

The effect of family rehabilitation education on quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia

Objective To study the effect of family rehabilitation education on quality of life of stroke patient with hemiplegia.Methods 98 stroke patients with hemiplegia were divided into two groups at random,the family rehabilitation education group（the observation group） and the routine nursing group（the control group）.In the observation group, the patients received both the routine nursing and the family rehabilitation from family members who were educated by the nurses.In the control group,the patients were just nursed by the routine nursing.The quality of life rating scale was used to evaluate the above effects before and after the nursing.Results Compared with the control group,the quality of life of the observation group was significant improved（P〈0.01）.Conclusions The nurses provide the rehabilitation education to the family members,and then the patients receive the family rehabilitation training directed by the family members.It could make the rehabilitation nursing more directly and normally,thereby improving the patients＇ quality of life.
