| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大肠癌致肠梗阻Ⅰ期手术治疗的可行性和安全性。方法：对39例大肠癌致肠梗阻的患者施行Ⅰ期切除吻合手术。结论：只要严格掌握手术适应症，重视围手术期处理，Ⅰ期手术是可行的、安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility and the security of one stage operation treatment of intestinal obstruction caused by colon carcinoma. Method:39 cases of intestinal obstruction caused by colon carcinoma were Performed one stage operation of resection and anastomosis of intestine. Conclusion: Under strict indications and pay great attention to perioperation period management, one stage operation treatment of intestinal obstruction callsed by colon carcinoma is secure and feasible. |
