银杏达莫注射剂致过敏性休克文献分析

目的:探讨银杏达莫注射剂所致过敏性休克的发生特点,评价银杏达莫注射剂的安全性,为合理用药提供参考。方法:收集2000–2011年国内医药学术期刊报道的银杏达莫注射剂所致过敏性休克的不良反应病例,对患者基本情况、药物使用情况和ADR临床表现等进行统计、分析。结果:16篇银杏达莫注射剂静脉滴注所致过敏性休克的相关文献中,共16例有效病例,主要临床表现为呼吸急促、胸闷心慌、面色苍白、无血压、意识丧失等。16例ADR发生在用药后5 s~15 min,用药5 min内出现ADR者10例(62.5%),用药10~15 min内出现ADR者6例(37.5%)。结论:制剂工艺、配伍用药和给药途径是银杏达莫注射剂致过敏性休克可能的危险因素。

Analysis on anaphylactic shock induced by Yinxing damo injection

Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics of anapbylactic shock induced by Yinxing damo injection, evaluate the safety of Yinxing damo injection, and provide reference for rational drug use. Methods： ADR cases of anaphylactic shock induced by Yinxing damo injection reported in domestic medical journals from 2000 to 2011 were collected, and ages and genders of the patients, drug use and clinical manifestations of ADRs were analyzed. Results： There were sixteen ADR cases of anaphylactic shock induced by Y~nxing damo injection. The main manifestations of ADRs included tachypnea, chest tightness, pale complexion, no blood pressure and unconsciousness, which occurred between five seconds and fifteen minutes after the administration of Hnxing damo injection. Ten cases occurred in five minutes after administration, which accounted for 62.5%, and six cases occurred in ten to fifteen minutes after administration, which accounted for 37.5%. Conclusion： The possible risk factors of anaphylactic shock induced by Yinxing damo injection included the preparation technology, compatibility of medicines and routes of administration.
