| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨冠心病心绞痛更为合理的诊治方法。方法：回顾75例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床资料,结合文献分析其诊治的临床效果。结果：本组治疗组45例,总有效率为95.56%;对照组30例,总有效率为73.33%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：生脉注射液加川芎嗪能明显改善冠心病心绞痛心肌缺血状况,提高疗效,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the diagnosis and treatment of angina pectoris was more reasonable method.Methods：Review 75 cases of angina pectoris clinical information,combined with literature analyzed the clinical effect of the treatment.Results：This treatment group 45 cases failure;the total effective was 95.56%,30 cases failure;the total effective was 73.33%.Two groups was statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Sheng Mai injection and Tetramethylpyrazine can significantly improve of angina pectoris myocardial ischemia situation,and improve the curative effect,worth clinical promotion. |
