腰椎间盘突出症手术的围术期护理

目的：为探讨椎间盘突出症手术的围术期专科护理方法,减轻或消除此类患者的痛苦,提高患者满意度,促进手术的治疗效果。方法：笔者对近期97例腰椎间盘突出症患者的围术期进行专科护理、康复观察。结果：术后痊愈68例,明显好转27例,无效2例;患者对护理人员满意率为100%。结论：腰间盘突出症术的围术期护理,尤其专科临床护理、心理护理,对患者术后的临床疗效及康复效果至关重要,它可以明显提高手术的治疗效果,减少和避免不良损伤及并发症和后遗症的发生,促进医患关系的改善,提高患者对医护人员的满意度。

Perioperative care of Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation surgery

Objective： To explore the perioperative specialist care of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation surgery, to reduce or eliminate the pain in these patients, improved satisfaction, and promote surgical treatment effect. Methods： 97 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation were given perioperative specialist care and rehabilitation observation. Results： After surgery 68 cases got recovery, and 27 cases with significant improvement, 2 cases with ineffectiveness; satisfaction rate of patients with nursing staff was 100%. Conclusion： The perioperative care of Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, especially specialist care, psychological care play an important role in the clinical efficacy and rehabilitation effect. It can significantly improve surgical treatment effect, reduce and avoid adverse damage, the incidence of complications and sequelae, improve physician-patient relationship, and satisfaction degree of patients.
