高灵敏度C反应蛋白对冠心病患者病情的判断价值

摘    要:目的:评价血清高灵敏度C反应蛋白(hs鄄CRP)对冠心病患者临床病情的判断价值。方法:测定血清hs鄄CRP水平,结合冠状动脉造影,对冠心病患者临床病情进行分析评价。结果:陈旧心肌梗死(OMI)组、不稳定心绞痛(UAP)组及急性心肌梗死(AMI)组血清hs鄄CRP水平皆高于对照组,UAP组及AMI组皆高于OMI组,UAP组与AMI组间差别无统计学意义,急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者三支病变组明显高于非三支病变组,血清hs鄄CRP水平与ACS患者病变血管支数呈正相关(rs=0.609,P<0.01)。结论:hs鄄CRP可能是慢性炎症引发的冠心病的危险因素,血清hs鄄CRP水平可较灵敏地反映冠心病患者临床病情的严重程度,可能为不稳定斑块的指示因子。

Abstract:Objective: This study is to evaluate the serum high-sensitivity CRP (hs-CRP) which is used to predict the clinical severity in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: Serum hs-CRP was measured in patients. Combined with coronary angiography, the clinical severity was assessed. Results: The serum level of hs-CRP in OMI?UAP and AMI were all significantly higher than that in control, also the serum level of hs-CRP in UAP and AMI were all significantly higher than that in OMI, but there was no significant difference between UAP and AMI. Serum hs-CRP was in direct proportion to the number of injured coronary artery in patients with ACS (r s = 0.609, P < 0.01). Conclusion: The present study indicates that serum hs-CRP may be a risk factor of coronary artery disease, it can reflect the clinical severity, and may mark unstable atherosclerotic plaque in patients with coronary heart disease.
