| 摘 要： | 目的:为了解某医院抗菌药物使用情况。方法:收集该院“药品管理系统”2004年1月1日～2005年12月31日抗菌药物的出库记录,用Excel进行回顾性统计分析。结果:2005年在2004年基础上,该院抗菌药物的使用频度在增加,总零售金额和日治疗费用在下降;两年中使用频度居前3位的是青霉素类、头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类,个别药品使用频度的起伏变化较大。结论:该院抗菌药物的使用结构基本合理,个别品种的应用缺乏合理性,还需进一步加强管理,促进相关措施的落实。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the utilization of antibacterials in a hospital.METHODS: Drug consumption data from Jan.1,2004 to Dec.31,2005 were collected from hospital Drug Control System database and analyzed statistically by Excel software.RESULTS: The DDDs of antibacterial increased in 2005 over the previous year;in terms of DDDs value,leading the first 3 places were penicillins,cephalosporins and quinolons,with DDDs of certain antibacterial showing a big fluctuation.CONCLUSION: The use of antibacterials in this hospital is basically rational yet it is far from rational,its control remains to be tightened and the related measures should be carried out as early as possible. |
