前置胎盘78例临床分析

[目的 ]探讨前置胎盘的相关因素 .[方法 ]采用回顾性分析方法对 78例前置胎盘的临床资料进行了分析 .[结果 ]78例前置胎盘中经产妇 3 2例 ,占 4 1% ,经产妇中有剖宫产史者 10例 ,占 12 % ;初产妇 4 6例 ,占 5 9% ;有人工流产史者 2 4例 ,占 3 0 % ,有自然流产史者 8例 ,占 10 % ,有人工流产和自然流产史者 5例 ,占 6% ,有引产史者 6例 ,占 7% ;双胎 3例 ,占 3 % ;副胎盘 4例 ,占 5 % .[结论 ]前置胎盘的发生主要与人工流产及剖宫产密切相关 .

Clinical analysis of 78 cases of placenta previa

OBJECTIVE?To study the correlative factors of placenta previa.?METHODS? The clinical data for 78 cases of placenta previa were retrospectively analyzed.?RESULTS?There were 32 cases(41%) of pluripara in which 10 case of cesarean section, 46(59%) of primipara, 24(30%) of artificial abortion, 8(10%) of spontaneous abortion, 5(6%) of artificial abortion and spontaneous abortion, 6(7%) of induced labor, 3(3%) of twins and 4(5%) of accessory placenta in 78 cases of placenta previa. ?CONCLUSION?The placenta previa was closely related with the artificial abortion and cesarean section. It has some significant meaning for decreasing the incidence rate of placenta previa that to enhance the propaganda and enforcement of family planning, to decrease artificial abortion and to strictly master the indication of cesarean section.
