摘    要:本文取20例新生儿肝脏和10例动物包括兔、狗和猴的肝脏材料,采取Cajal-Faworsky银染和神经组化技术研究肝内神经的形态和配布。来自肝固有神经的分支通过肝门进入肝内伴随血管走行,在肝内各自形成肝内丛、血管丛,肝实质丛和终丛。参与神经丛形成的神经含有肾上腺素能和胆碱能两种神经成份,前者属于交感神经节后纤维,分布于血管壁中膜和胆管肌层,以肝动脉尤以丰富;后者为副交感神经节后纤维,主要分布血管壁外膜和中膜。并证实肝小叶内结构受双重神经支配,肝内也含有内脏传入神经纤维,粗神经纤维末梢在肝小叶内呈结样膨大。在肝内丛、血管丛、肝实质丛和肝小叶内的肝细胞索之间散在有大小不等神经节和孤立神经细胞元已经得到证实文中还讨论肝内神经配布的机能。

Abstract:Intrahepatic innervations of 20 fresh neonate human bodies and 10 animals including rabbits, dogs and monkey were examine dby means of Cajal-Fawor- sky silver staining technique. A neurohistochemical method was also emp- loyed to chareterize the different distribution of the cholinergics and adrenergic nerves. Aranches of hepatic intrinsic nerves entered the liver portal together with the hepatic blood vessels and formed interhepatic plexus, vascular plexus, parenchymal plexus and terminal plexus. All the plexuses contained both adreaergic and cholinergic nerve fibers, the former appeared to be of sym- pathetic postsynaptic origin aand distributed to muscular coats of the blood vessels and the bile ducts, particularly rich in the hepatic artery. Whereas, the later seemed to be the parasympathetic and spread maily to adventitia of the blood vessela. It was shown that the parenchymal cells in lobules were double-innervated. Sensory fibers were also seen in the liver, the ter- minals of thick ones showing bear-like swellings. Ganglia of various sizes and isolatedncurons were found in hepatic, vascular and parenchymal plexus as well as among parenchymal cell cords of the lobules.
