透视定位下纤维支气管镜肺活检

目的:探讨利用正侧位透视定位行纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)肺活检以达到对肺周边组织及肿物明确诊断,从而扩大纤支镜在临床诊断中的应用。方法:局麻下利用正侧位透视定位,经支气管镜活检钳取活检,所得病理结果与最终确定诊断作比较,判断该方法临床应用的效果。结果:对29例患者行透视定位纤支镜活检术均顺利完成,病理取材成功26例,其结果与最终诊断符合22例,准确率84.6%,术后出现气胸1例占3.8%。结论:对于肺周边的肿块或组织,在正侧位透视定位下经纤支镜行肺活检是一种安全的、有效的诊断手段。

Trans-bronchial lung biopsy with fluoroscopy location

Objective:Trans-bronchial lung biopsy (TBB) is very important method for diagnosis in center lung cancer,but for peripheral lung tumor the usage of TBB has more limitation. We use the TBB for peripheral lung tumor or lung tissue with two-direction fluoroscopy location and get the pathology results.Method:By two-direction fluoroscopy location we use fiberoptic bronchscopy to make lung biopsy for lung peripheral lung tumor with local anesthesia and compare the pathology results with the final diagnosis.Result:We use TBB for 29 patients and get the pathology results for 26 cases.22 cases have right results ,accurate ratio is 84.6%.one patient has pneumothorax after TBB.Conclusion:TBB by two-direction fluoroscopy location is safe and effective method for lung peripheral tumor diagnosis.
