感冒止咳糖浆的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:建立感冒止咳糖浆的质量标准.方法:采用TLC法鉴别方中葛根、黄芩、金银花;用HPLC法测定黄芩苷和GC法测定薄荷脑的含量.结果:在TLC色谱中可检出葛根、黄芩、金银花的特征斑点;黄芩苷平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=1.0%(n=6);薄荷脑平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=2.3%(n=6).结论:方法专属性强,简便、准确.能有效地控制制剂的质量.

Abstract:Objective:To establish the quality standard for ganmao zhike syrups.Method:Radix puerariae,Radix Scutellariae and Flos Lonicerae were identified by TLC,the contents of baiealin and menthol were determined by HPLC and C,C.Result:Radix pu- erariae,Radix Scutellariae and Flos Lonicerae were identified by TLC,the average recoveries of baicalin and menthol were 98.4% RSD 1.0%(n=6) and 99.7% RSD 2.3% (n=6),respectively.Conclusion:The method is specific,accurate and simple,it can be used for quality control of Gan...
