CR对骨盆病变X线诊断的误诊分析

目的:探讨如何分析容易误诊的骨盆病变。方法:80例骨盆CR平片病人,其中外伤64例占80%,其他症状检查11例占14%,正常体检5例占6%,男54例占68%,女26例占32%;16岁以下28例占35%,17岁～40岁42例占53%,41岁以上10例占12%。结果:对80例病人骨盆平片分析,发现病变容易误诊为外伤的48例占60%,容易误诊为骨质破坏性病变的55例占69%结论:根据所收集的80例CR骨盆平片进行分析,发现有的解剖和变异结构容易造成影像诊断中的误诊。
