Abstract: | The author observed 6 cases of mammary gland tuberculosis. 3 patients showed disseminated nodular form of mammary gland tuberculosis, 2--sclerotic form and 1--ulcerative form. Contrast-free mammography is an essential aid in diagnosis. Surgical intervention with postoperative specific antibacterial therapy is a radical method of treatment. Sectoral resection of the mammary gland should be carried out in young patients and amputation--in elderly ones. |
