中药联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效观察

目的观察中药联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变Ⅳ期新生血管的疗效。方法将64例患者随机分为2组．治疗组33例61眼，对照组31例58眼；2组均行光凝治疗，治疗组同时加服滋阴凉血散瘀汤：观察2组患者新生血管萎缩情况及视力、视野的变化。结果2组患者新生血管萎缩及视力变化情况于3个月时差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但在6和12个月时治疗组与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：2组患者视野阈值敏感度均下降，但治疗组视野显著好于对照组（1个月时P〈0．05，12个月时P〈0．01）。结论中药联合激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变，可使新生血管萎缩，防止或减少新生血管的产生，改善视力．减少视野损害。

The effect study of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with laser to treat diabetic retinopathy
