闭合性阴囊及睾丸损伤的高频超声诊断

摘    要:目的探讨高频超声对阴囊、睾丸损伤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析46例阴囊、睾丸损伤患者(年龄8~82岁,平均年龄35.6岁)的超声表现及手术发现。结果46例患者据阴囊、睾丸的声像图表现可分为:阴囊壁挫伤32例,阴囊壁血肿14例,睾丸挫伤5例,睾丸血肿7例,睾丸破裂27例等五种类型。阴囊、睾丸损伤的超声诊断与临床符合率为100%,而阴囊、睾丸损伤的超声分型与术后诊断符合率仅为93.5%。结论高频超声能准确诊断阴囊、睾丸的损伤,且能对大多数阴囊、睾丸损伤的程度进行分型,为临床选择治疗方案提供可靠依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the diagnostic value of high frequency uhrasonography for closed scrotal and testicular trauma. Methods Forty-six patients with closed scrotal and testicular trauma diagnosed by high frequency ultrasonography were analysed retrospectively. Results Of the 46 patients, scrotal wall closed injury was found in 32 cases, scrotal hematoma in 14 cases ; testicular closed injury was in 5 cases, testicular hematoma in 7 cases and testicular rupture in 27 cases. The accuracy rate of ultrasonographic diagnosis of closed scrotal and testicular trauma was 100 %, but the accuracy rate of ultrasonographic typing and postoperation diagnosis of blunt scrotal and testicular trauma was about 93.5 %. Conclusion The accurate diagnosis of scrotal and testicular injuries can be made with high frequency ultrasonography. The uhrasonographic typing of scrotal and testicular injury may be contribute to the clinical treatment of most closed scrotal and testicular trauma cases.
