得生胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型月经不调的临床疗效及对FSH、LH、PRL、E2、P和T水平的影响

目的] 探究得生胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型月经不调的临床疗效及对促卵泡生成素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、催乳激素（PRL）、雌二醇（E₂）、孕酮（P）和睾酮（T）水平的影响。方法] 选取2018年7月—2020年7月西安市中医医院收治的气滞血瘀型月经不调患者107例，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组，对照组采用西医常规治疗方案，治疗组在对照组基础上给予得生胶囊，两组均以28 d为1个治疗周期，连续治疗6个周期。观察两组患者临床疗效、月经不调症状评分、排卵率，并对比两组治疗前后双侧子宫动脉血流动力学指标及FSH、LH、PRL、E₂、P和T水平变化。结果] 治疗组总有效率（96.30%）高于对照组（83.02%）（P<0.05），排卵率高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组月经不调症状评分低于对照组（P<0.05），搏动指数（PI）、阻力指数（RI）及收缩期S波与舒张期D波峰值流速比值（S/D）低于对照组（P<0.05），FSH、LH、PRL低于对照组（P<0.05），E₂、P高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组不良反应发生率（3.70%）与对照组（7.55%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论] 得生胶囊治疗气滞血瘀型月经不调疗效确切，可促进月经恢复正常，提高排卵率，改善子宫动脉高阻低速血流状态，调节性激素水平。

The clinical efficacy of Desheng Capsule in the treatment of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type irregular menstruation and its effects on FSH,LH,PRL,E2,P and T levels

Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of Desheng Capsule in the treatment of qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type irregular menstruation and its effects on follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E₂), progesterone (P) and testosterone (T) levels.Methods] A total of 107 patients with qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type irregular menstruation admitted to Xi''an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine treatment plan, the treatment group was given Desheng Capsule on the basis of the control group, total of 28 days were used as a treatment cycle, and treatment was continued for 6 cycles. The clinical efficacy, irregular menstruation symptom score and ovulation rate of the two groups were observed, and the changes of bilateral uterine artery hemodynamic indexes and FSH, LH, PRL, E₂, P and T levels were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group (96.30%) was higher than that of the control group (83.02%) (P<0.05), and the ovulation rate was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom score of irregular menstruation in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), the pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI) and ratio of peak flow velocity between systolic S wave and diastolic D wave (S/D) of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), FSH, LH, PRL were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), E₂ and P were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group (3.70% vs 7.55%) (P >0.05).Conclusion] Desheng Capsule has a definite curative effect in treating qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type irregular menstruation. It can promote menstruation to return to normal, increase ovulation rate, improve uterine artery high-resistance and low-velocity blood flow, and regulate sex hormone levels.
