| 摘 要： | 通过对升清降浊理论及中医脑功能的简要阐述,结合相关文献论述及现代临床运用,并以升清降浊理论在中风、眩晕、头痛、不寐、郁证、健忘等脑病方面的临床运用为例,认为应当充分运用升清降浊理论指导脑病的临床辨治,以提高中医药治疗脑病的临床疗效.

| Abstract: | Through a brief exposition of the theory of ascending clearness and descending turbidity and brain function of traditional Chinese medicine,in combination with relevant literature and modern clinical application,and taking the clinical application of ascending clearness and descending turbidity theory in stroke,vertigo,headache,insomnia,depression syndrome,amnesia as examples,this paper discussed that the theory of ascending clearness and descending turbidity should be fully used to guide the diagnosis and the treatment of encephalopathy,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of encephalopathy. |
