| Abstract: | Post stroke depression(PSD)is one of the common complications of cerebrovascular diseases.The incidence rate of stroke patients in our country can be as high as 47%,which is not conducive to the recovery of patients′neurological function,and to a certain extent,it affect the quality of life of patients and bring a heavy burden to the family and society.This paper reviews the characteristic acupuncture therapies for post-stroke depression in the past 10 years,including Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture,Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture,Tongdu Zhiyu acupuncture,Siguan acupuncture etc.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of PSD is affirmed,and it provides a certain reference for the development of acupuncture points for the treatment of PSD and the optimization of the treatment plan. |
