火针围刺结合中药内服治疗乳腺癌验案1则

文章报道火针围刺结合中药内服治疗乳腺癌验案1则，认为乳腺癌总属本虚标实，通过对1例老年男性乳腺癌患者辨证施治，应用火针围刺肿块以消肿散结治其标实之象，结合中药内服调补气血、清热解毒治其本虚之候，两法合用标本同治。治疗结束后患者乳腺肿块明显变小，乳头溢液消失，随访3个月并于1年后复查，乳腺癌未见加重，疗效显著。
