摘    要:细胞外囊泡 (Extracellular Vesicles,EVs) 是由细胞分泌的脂质双分子层结构,是介导细胞间通讯的重要媒介, 参与了多种肾脏病的发生发展。近年来,越来越多的研究显示,尿液EVs携带有肾脏固有细胞来源的蛋白质和核酸,可成为肾脏病诊断标志物的重要来源。此外,EVs作为机体内天然的递送载体,具有良好的生物相容性和低免疫原性,为肾脏病治疗提供了新的策略。本文综述EVs在肾脏病诊断和治疗中的作用研究进展。

Abstract:The G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) are widely expressed in many cell types and participate in various cellular biological processes. Several studies have shown that GPCRs-mediated signaling pathways play significant roles in maintaining renal development, regulating renal physiological function, and in the pathogenesis of renal diseases. In this review, we have described the characteristics and function of GPCRs-related pathways, especially the adhesion GPCRs (aGPCRs), cannabinoid receptors (CB), and lysophosphatidic acid receptors (LPAR) in the field of kidney diseases. Hopefully, this review could enhance the understanding of GPCRs function and shed light on potential therapeutic targets for kidney disease treatment.
