| 摘 要： | 本研究比较了一种5-甲基取代的氟喹诺酮格帕沙星与氧氟沙星的体外抗生素后效应。应用光密度法测定抗生素后效应。格帕沙星与氧氟沙星对大肠埃希菌、粪肠球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均显示了较长的抗生素后效应，其中格帕沙星对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗生素后效应长于氧氟沙星。本结果对于设计临床给药方案具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The postantibiotic effect (PAE) of grepafloxacin, a new 5-methyl-substituted fluroquinolone, was compared with that of ofloxacin. The duration of PAE was determined by the optical density method. Grepafloxacin and ofloxacin showed significant PAEs against E.coli, E.faecalis, Ps.aeruginosa and S.aureus. The PAE of grepafloxacin against S.aureus is longer than that of ofloxacin. The results are useful for antimicrobial dosing regimens. |
