摘    要:目的:了解不同感染部位分离的金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,SA)一般特征及耐药性,指导临床合理用药。方法:从不同感染部位的病原菌均采用Vitek-32微生物分析系统进行鉴定和药物敏感性检测。结果:分离出SA共116株,其中住院患者的年龄显著大于门诊患者(P〈0.05);住院患者呼吸道感染分离的SA对14种抗菌药物的药敏结果显示,耐药率〉60%的抗菌药物分别为青霉素G、氨苄西林、红霉素、头孢唑啉、苯唑西林、左氧氟沙星、庆大霉素、四环素、复方磺胺甲口恶唑、氯洁霉素;住院患者呼吸道感染分离的SA对多种抗菌药物的耐药率、耐甲氧西林SA(MRSA)及多重耐药菌株的分离率均显著高于其它感染部位分离株(P〈0.05);门诊患者皮肤软组织感染分离的SA对多种抗菌药物的耐药率、MRSA及多重耐药菌株的分离率均显著低于住院患者不同感染部位分离株(P〈0.05)。结论:门诊患者皮肤软组织感染和住院患者呼吸道感染分离的SA不同于住院患者其它感染部位分离株,临床用药应区别对待;住院患者呼吸道感染分离株对多种抗菌药物的耐药率、MRSA及多重耐药菌株的分离率较高,临床应加强耐药性监测,并防治多重耐药菌株的传播流行。
