| 摘 要： | 目的评价空心螺钉治疗距骨骨折的疗效;方法20例距骨骨折或伴脱位均行复位后空心螺钉固定。结果按照疗效标准参照Kenwriht四级分类法,优8例,良8例,可2例,差2例,优良率80%。结论采用空心螺钉治疗距骨骨折效果好,方法肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effects of hollow screws treating talus fracture.Methods 20 cases of talus fracture and dislocation underwent reduction and then fixation with hollow screws.Results According to kenwriht grouping,the curative effects were excellent in 8 cases,good in 2 cases,fair in 2 cases and poor in 2 cases.Satisfactory results were got in 80% of the cases.Conclusion Hollow screws can be effectively used to treat talus fracture. |
