喉癌术后患者的饮食管理

摘    要:为了更好地为喉癌术后患提供营养支持,作自1998年6月起与营养科合作对喉癌手术患实施系统的饮食管理,并对其营养指标进行监测和评价。初步总结了9例的实施情况.结果表明.喉癌术后饮食管理至关重要,是患顺利康复的关键;鼻饲护理中应注意胃管的位置及同定,鼻饲液的选择、量、次数及温度的调整;适时鼓励经口进食;加强观察和沟通.做好患的心理护理。

Abstract:Objective To provide proper alimentary nutrition for postlaryngectomy patients. Materials and Methods 9 postlaryngectomy patients were systematically managed in diet after operation and some nutritional components were measured and evaluated. Results and Discussion Diet management of postlarygectomy patients is very important and is the key problem in the recovery process. we should pay attention to the position of nasalgastric feeding tube and its fixation,choice of nasalgastric food, quantity, frequency, and temperature. It is necessary to observe and communicate with postlaryngectomy patients in the whole diet management and to make better psychological nursing for them in order to encourage them to eat orally at proper time.
