心理护理对恢复期精神患者焦虑状态的影响

目的：探讨心理护理对精神病恢复期焦虑状态的影响。方法：将山西省太原精神病医院2010年11月至2011年4月收治的100例精神病恢复期患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行心理护理。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑状态变化。结果：观察组护理后的SAS评分改善显著优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：心理护理有利于缓解精神病恢复期焦虑状态,促进患者心理重建,改善生活质量。

Influence of Psychological Care on Psychiatric Recovery of Anxious State

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological care on psychiatric recovery of anxious state.Methods: 100 cases of the patients of psychiatric recovery were randomly divided into two groups(50 of the observation group and 50 of the control group) from November 2010 to April 2011 in our hospital.The patients in control group were monitored under the routine care while those in the observation group were based on the enhancement of psychological nursing besides the routine care.Anxiety state changes were compared with the two groups of patients before and after psychological care by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS).Result:SAS score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Psychological care is so helpful to alleviate mental recovery of anxious state and promote patients’ mental reconstruction that the quality of life will be improved.
