邢台市放射治疗防护专项整治调查报告

目的强化邢台市放射治疗防护监督,保证放射治疗质量与安全。方法制定《邢台市2010年放射治疗防护专项监督检查工作方案》,明确专项整治工作的目标和要求,具体将专项整治分为动员部署及自查自改、监督检查、整改落实3个阶段。结果该市放疗单位放射诊疗许可率为13.33%,职业健康监护档案率为71.43%,个人剂量检测率为51.43%,物理师配备率为20.00%,设备状态检测率为35.29%,放疗仪配备率为46.67%,放射治疗计划系统(TPS)配备率为26.26%,模拟定位仪配备率为86.67%,标准水模配备率为46.67%,个人报警仪配备率为80.00%,固定式报警仪配备率为20.00%。以上结果市级明显好于县级。结论该市放疗单位存在放射治疗质量与安全问题,应强化放射治疗防护监督。采取对策限期整改。

Special investigation report on regulation of radiation therapy protection in Xingtai City

Objective]To strengthen the supervision of radiation therapy protection in Xingtai City,and ensure the quality and safety of radiation therapy.Methods]The " Special supervision program of radiation therapy protection for Xintai City 2010"was developed to clear the special work objectives and requirements,and to divide the work into 3 stages of mobilization and self-examination,supervision,implementation of the rectification.Results]The results showed 13.33% of the units had license of radiation therapy,71.43% had occupational health surveillance files,51.43% of the employees were accepted personal radiation dose checkup,20% of the institutions had physical therapists,35.29% of the equipment were checked,46.67% of the institutions had radiotherapy instrument,26.26% had radiotherapy treatment planning system(TPS),86.67% had simulation locator,46.67% had standard water tank,80% had personnel alarm instrument,20% had fixed alarm instrument.There were more problems in the country-level radiation therapy institutions than that of city-level radiation therapy institutions.Conclusion]There are problems about radiation therapy and radio protection work in medical institutions of Xingtai City.It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of radiation therapy and radio protection,and to take countermeasures for rectification with deadline.
