某县煤矿工人高血压患病情况分析

目的：了解某县煤矿职工高血压患病率及危险因素，制定高血压预防措施。方法：2011年3月至10月对某县煤矿在职职工3128人进行健康体检。结果：在健康体检中检出原发性高血压患者661人，高血压患病率为21．13％，高血压知晓率为63．69％，其治疗率为49．90％，控制率为31．55％；50．10％的患者未就诊过，对高血压的危害不了解；258人有家族史，占39．03％；80．52％不知道低盐低脂饮食，吸烟率为78．21％，嗜酒率为72．11％。结论：某县煤矿职工原发性高血压患病率，明显高于我国农村地区人群高血压的患病率（15％），应加强对矿区职工的健康教育，建立职工定期体检制度，做到早发现、早干预，预防高血压及其并发症的发生、发展。

Analysis of Hypertension Prevalence among Coal Mine Workers of Certain County

Objective: To investigate the particularity of hypertension prevalence and risk factors among coal mine workers in certain county,in accordance with which,prevention measures suitable for hypertension,will be made.Methods: 3128 on-the-job workers of Branch Group of Five Groups took health examinations from March to October in 2011.Results: 661 cases of primary hypertension were found in health examination.Hypertension prevalence rate was 21.13%,hypertension awareness rate 63.69%,the treatment rate 49.90% and control rate 31.55%.50.10% of patients with hypertension didn’t go to hospital as a result of lack of knowledge about hypertension.258 patients had family history,accounting for 39.03%.80.52% of the patients did not keep the low-salt diet.Smoking rate was 78.21% and drinking rate was 72.11%.Conclusion:Primary hypertension prevalence rate of coal mine workers in Zuo Quan County is 21.13%,which is significantly higher than that of the rural areas in our country population(15%).Health education propaganda ought to be strengthened for coal mine workers.To accomplish early discovery,early intervention to prevent hypertension and its complications,it is necessary to establish the staff regular check-up system.
