环磷腺苷联合磷酸肌酸钠辅助治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

目的：观察环磷腺苷联合磷酸肌酸钠辅助治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法：将90例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组45例，对照组给予常规对症治疗，观察组在此基础上联合使用环磷腺苷与磷酸肌酸钠，观察两组临床疗效与心肌酶变化。结果：治疗1个疗程后，两组患者磷酸肌酸同工酶和乳酸脱氢酶均较治疗前明显下降，但观察组下降更为明显（P〈0．05）；治疗2个疗程后，观察组显效率（64．4％）及总有效率（93．3％）均高于对照组（41．3％和77．8％），均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论：慢性充血性心力衰竭患者在常规对症治疗基础上辅助使用环磷腺苷和磷酸肌酸钠治疗，能较好地改善心肌功能，提高疗效。

Observation of Curative Effect of Adenosine Cyclophosphate Coalized with Creatine Phosphate Sodium in Assisting on Chronic Intractable Heart Failure

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of adenosine cyclophosphate coalized with creatine phosphatue sodim in assisting on chronic intractable heart failure.Methods: 90 cases of chronic intractable heart failure were randomly divided into the observational group(45 cases) and the control group(45 cases).Control group was given conventional treatment of anti-heart failure,based on which observational group was treated by adenosine cyclophosphate and creatine phosphate sodium simultaneously.Clinical effects and variation of cardiac enzyme of two groups were observed.Results: Cardiac enzyme of two groups dropped obviously after one course of treatment,and observational group decreased more evidently than control group(P<0.05).Apparent rate(64.4%) and total effective rate of observational group(93.3%) were respectively superior to control group(41.3% and 77.8%) after two courses of treatment.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: There is an obvious improvement of heart function of applying adenosine cyclophosphate and creatine phosphate sodium in assisting on chronic intractable heart failure.
