| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨并规范强直性脊柱炎中医临床护理路径,以提高强直性脊柱炎临床治疗效果。方法：对2010年1月～2011年7月间收治的42例强直性脊柱炎患者,运用侯氏特色护理措施辅助治疗。结果：患者治疗后,42例中显著好转34例,好转7例,无效1例,总有效率97.06%。结论：完善、规范的侯氏特色护理,可以促进强直性脊柱炎患者的康复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore and programme the method of the traditional Chinese medicine special nursing for ankylosing spondylitis so as to improve the clinical effect.Methods: 42 cases of patients with ankylosing spondylitis,who were admitted from January,2010 to July,2011,received Hou therapeutics special rehabilitation nursing as an adjunctive treatment.Results:Of 42 cases who were treated,34 cases turned out to be a remarkable turnaround;7cases took a favorable turn;only one case had on effect.Total efficiency rate was 97.06%.Conclusions: It is the perfection and standard of Hou therapeutics special rehabilitation nursing that can efficiently promote the recovery of patients with ankylosing spondylitis. |
