摘    要:目的:探讨火电厂运行过程中的产尘关键点,为行政部门检查验收、日常监测和设置防护设施提供技术支持。方法:采用现场调查和检测的方法分析火电厂运行过程中的产尘环节和产尘关键点。结果:8 h时间加权浓度中,只有灰渣系统粉尘超标2人,超标率为6.3%。在短时间接触浓度中,超标率由大到小为除灰渣系统(33.7%)、烟气脱硫系统(33.3%)和燃料输送系统(11.2%),燃烧系统和灰场无超标点。结论:火电厂粉尘危害主要集中于除灰渣系统、烟气脱硫系统和燃料输送系统,产尘的关键点主要是除灰渣系统、烟气脱硫系统和燃料输送系统中物料运输的转载点、装灰、装渣处。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the key points about producing dust on thermal power plants and provide the administrative department with technical basis for the inspection and acceptance,daily monitoring and protection facilities setting.Methods: The scene investigation and detection in the workplaces were made and applied to analysize the key points about the process of producing dust on thermal power plants during the operation.Results:Two detection objects in the ash removal system exceeded the standard in 8-hour-weighted concentration(6.3% beyond the standard rate).Within the short-term concentration exposure,arranged from largest to smallest,the over standard rate of ash removal system,flue gas desulfurization system and fuel delivery system were 33.7%,33.3% and 11.2% respectively.The combustion system and ash field had no the over-standard points.Conclusion: Dust hazards of thermal power plants are mainly concentrated in ash removing system,flue gas desulfurization system and fuel delivery system.Ash points of ash removal system,flue gas desulfurization system and fuel delivery system are thought as main producing dust points.
