| 摘 要： | 本文观察了42例联合使用RU486和前列腺素ONO802阴道栓终止49d以内早孕的效果。联合用药完全流产率为90.2％,不完全流产率为4.9％,失败率为4.9％。平均流产时间为服药后84h,出血持续时间为13d,月经恢复时问为31d。结果表明,RU486和ONO802合用是一种安全。简便,有效的终止早孕的新方法。

| Abstract: | The efficacy and acceptability of an antiprogestin RU486 used in combination with the vaginal prostaglandin analogue ONO802 for termination of early pregnancy were assessed in 42 women with 49 day gestation. The assessment was performed under the auspices of the World Health Organnization. The results showed that the frequency of complete and incomplete abortion was 90 % and 5 %, respectively with a failure rate of 5%. The abortion occurred 64 h after start of therapy. The mean duration of bleeding was approximately 13 days. The mean time from abortion to the start of the first menstruation was 31 days. No serious complications or side effects were observed. Thus it may be concluded that the combination regimen of RU486 and prostaglandin is a safe, simple and effective method for medical termination of early pregnancy. |
