六味地黄方对体外培养的人正常黑素细胞增殖及黑素合成的影响

目的 观察六味地黄方对体外培养的人正常黑素细胞增殖及黑素合成的影响.方法 体外培养人正常黑素细胞,MTT法测定不同浓度的六味地黄方含药血清对黑素细胞增殖的影响,NaOH法测定不同浓度的六味地黄方含药血清对黑素合成的影响.结果 中低浓度(5%～15%)的六味地黄方对黑素细胞增殖无影响(P0.05),高浓度(20%～30%)的六味地黄方可以抑制黑素细胞增殖,特别是浓度为30%时对黑素细胞生长有显著抑制作用(P<0.01).而浓度为10%～15%时可以促进黑素细胞黑素生成的增加(P<0.05),其中15%的浓度作用显著(P(0.01);浓度为20%时对黑素细胞黑素合成无影响(P0.05),高浓度(25%～30%)的含药血清对黑素细胞黑素生成的影响呈显著抑制作用(P<0.01).结论 六味地黄方对体外培养的人正常黑素细胞增殖及黑素合成因浓度不同而量.效关系不同,这可能是六味地黄方既可以用于治疗黄褐斑.义可以治疗白癜风的机制之一.
