我院2003年~2005年抗感染药物利用分析

目的:评价我院抗感染药物的应用现状及发展趋势。方法:对我院2003年~2005年抗感染药物的销售金额、用药频度等数据进行回顾性分析。结果:抗感染药物销售金额逐年增长,其增长率较西药总体增长率低;头孢菌素类药物和喹诺酮类药物的销售金额排序各年均位于抗感染药物的前2位;所用抗感染药物多数为国产药,大部分为国家基本药物。结论:我院抗感染药物用药结构基本合理,使用逐年减少,符合抗感染药物用药趋势。

Analysis of Antibacterials Used in Our Hospital during 2003～2005

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the application status and the trend of antibacterial drugs in our hospital.METHODS:Antibacterials used in our hospital from 2003 to 2005 were analyzed retrospectively regarding the consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS:The consumption of antibacterials increased year by year,but slower than that of the west medicine.cephalosp_orin and quinolones had been dominated the first 2 places during the 3 consecutive years.Most of the antibacterials were made domestically,of which,the majority were included in the national essential drugs. CONCLUSIONS: The antibacterials used in our hospital were reasonable structurally,the consumption of which decreased year by year,which is in line with the medication tendency of antibacterials.
