| 摘 要： | 探讨药品不良反应的本质及其控制防范方法和思路。分析药品设计缺陷以及药品设计缺陷与药品不良反应的关系。药品不良反应的本质是药品存在的四个方面的设计缺陷,控制和防范药品不良反应要着眼于药品设计缺陷的发现和改进。
