SARS后纤维肌痛综合征一例报告并文献复习

目的探讨SARS与纤维肌痛综合征的临床相关性.方法对1例SARS患者感染恢复后出现纤维肌痛综合征的临床资料进行回顾,并复习相关文献.结果1例中年女性患者在SARS感染痊愈后出现全身广泛疼痛,同时伴有焦虑、睡眠障碍、重度乏力,曾被误诊为无菌性股骨头坏死,最终确诊为纤维肌痛综合征.经过止痛、抗焦虑治疗1个月后,临床症状明显改善.结论SARS感染后出现广泛疼痛时,应注意有无纤维肌痛综合征.病毒感染是引起纤维肌痛综合征的病因之一,SARS作为一种病毒感染与纤维肌痛综合征之间的因果关系还需进一步研究.

A case of fibromyalgia after SARS with literature review

Objective To explore the etiological association between SARS and fibromyalgia by reporting a case with SARS. Methods The clinical features of one patient after SARS was described and the related literature were reviewed. Results One middle-aged female patient was diagnosed with SARS.One month after recovered from SARS, she had diffused muscle pain.She also had experienced sever fatigue, depression and sleep disturbance. Finally,she was diagnosed as fibromyalgia and the corresponding therapy was issued. Her symptoms were much improved one month later. Conclusions Fibromyalgia should be considered in patients who had ever had SARS and diffuse chronic pain.Virus infection can cause fibromyalgia.Further studies are needed to clarify the etiological relationship between SARS and fibromyalgia.
