摘    要:运用实验性糖尿病动物模型,动态分析晶体、视网膜、肾脏和血液中镁、锰离子水平,后者的含量与变化均很微小,但镁离子在病程1个月时,血清、晶体中的含量呈下降趋势,视网膜中镁随病程而下降,肾脏镁在病程1个月时升高,以后渐降。给镁动物组织和血清中的镁浓度均不同程度恢复。表明肾功能损害可能是视网膜、晶体和血清镁浓度进一步降低的原因,通过不同途径长期、少量给镁,对恢复和提高组织中镁浓度,维护肾脏正常功能有一定作用。 (中华眼底病杂志,1995,11:237-239)

Abstract:The levels of magnexium(Mg)and manganese(Mn)in retina lens,kindeys and serumon STZ-induced diahetic SD rats were dyntqmically investigtaed.The Mn was found to be nil in con-tent and changeahility;While the Mg decreased in lens,retinca and serum gradually in the course of diabetes,and the level of Mg in kidneys increased in the first month and then lowered later on, the results suggested that increased Mg out flow of retina, lens and serum might be due to insults of kid-neys and administration of magnesium seemed to be advantageous in incrensing the levels of Mg inserum,lens and retinal tissue ,as well as maintaining the normtion of kidneys.
