摘    要:目的探讨神经导航和术中超声技术在颅内占位性病变切除术中的应用。方法在24例颅内占位性病变切除手术中,术前应用神经导航系统制定手术计划,选择最佳手术入路,设计手术切口,精确定位病灶范围,术中结合实时超声显像技术,引导手术进程,确定病灶的切除程度。结果病灶完全切除19例,次全切除3例,大部分切除2例,神经导航系统术前定位病灶准确率100%,术中实时超声能有效地引导手术进行,术中实时定位病灶并确定病灶的切除程度。结论联合应用神经导航系统和术中超声技术可在手术中对颅内病变精确定位,引导手术,提高手术的安全性和治疗效果。

The application of neuronavigation system and intraoperative ultrasound for resection of intracranial spaceoccupying lesions

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of neuronavigation system and intraoperative ultrasound for resection of intracranial spaceoccupying lesions.Methods Twenty-one patients with intracranial spaceoccupying lesions were operated on with the aid of neuronavigation system and intraoperative ultrasonagraphy.A detailed surgical plan was made and the best approach to a lesion was selected,the skin incision and exact craniotomy site were defined using navigation systems before the operation.Meanwhile,during the operation guiding surgical procedures and resection control were performed through intraoperative real-time ultrasound imaging.Results Total removal of the lesion was achieved in 19 cases.subtotal removal of the lesion in 3,partly removal in 2.The preoperative accuracy rate of neuronavigation was 100%.While intraoperative real-time ultrasound can guide surgical procedures effectively.And it can not only offer real-time location of the lesions during operation but also control the resection.Conclusion Neuronavigation system unite intraoperative ultrasound can locate the intracranial spaceoccupying lesions accurately and guide the operation and enhance the safety and efficacy of the surgery.
