| 摘 要： | 目的:研究铁皮石斛的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱及制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定其结构。结果:从铁皮石斛中分离得到了20个化合物,分别鉴定为3,4′-二羟基-5-甲氧基联苄(1),二氢白藜芦醇(2),dendromoniliside E(3),denbinobin(4),2,4,7-三羟基-9,10-二氢菲(5),钩状石斛素(6),(-)-loliolide(7),腺苷(8),尿苷(9),鸟苷(10),蔗糖(11),5-羟甲基糠醛(12),反式阿魏酸二十八烷基酯(13),对羟基反式肉桂酸三十烷基酯(14),对羟基顺式肉桂酸三十烷基酯(15),胡萝卜苷(16),β-谷甾醇(17),十六烷酸(18),三十一烷醇(19)及十七烷酸(20)。结论:化合物1～20均为首次在铁皮石斛中分离得到。
