胃癌手术胃管置入时机临床对比分析

目的:探讨全麻状态下与常规术前未行麻醉时对患者行胃管置入术的差异。方法:将80例胃癌手术患者随机分为两组,对照组于术前30min在病房内行胃管置入术,实验组为全麻后行胃管置入术。观察两组患者胃管置入的成功率及在置胃管过程中有无恶心、呕吐、流泪、呛咳、疼痛反应及血压、心率变化。结果:实验组1次置管成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);置管过程中对照组不适反应发生率明显高于实验组,血压、心率波动范围对照组也明显高于实验组(P<0.01),两组比较,有显著性差异。结论:为提高胃管置入成功率,减少术前置入胃管导致患者不适,宜选择在全麻后置入胃管术。

Clinical comparison and analysis of choice of opportunity in gastric catheterization

Objective: To investigate the difference of gastric catheterization before anesthesia and under general anesthesia. Methods: 80 patients were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was given gastric catheterization 30min. before operation, while the tested group was given after general anesthesia. The discomfort reaction (nausea, vomit, tear, cough, pain), heart rate and blood pressure were taken during catheterization, The rate of catheterization success was calculated. Results: The catheterization success rate in tested group (100%) was higher than that in the control group (85%), (P<0.01). The occurrence of discomfort reaction and the changes of heart rate and blood pressure were much lower in the tested group than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Gastric catheterization after general anesthesia can decrease patient's discomfort and increase the catheterization success rate.
