新柏式TCT在宫颈癌筛查中的作用

目的探讨新柏式液基细胞学检测（Thin Prepcytology test，TCT）在宫颈癌筛查中的作用。方法回顾性分析2009年6月至2010年7月于广州市天河区妇幼保健院参加体检的2700名女性的TCT检测结果，对不明确意义非典型鳞状上皮（ atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance,，ASC—US）以上者进行阴道镜下宫颈病理组织学检查。结果TCT检测结果显示ASC—US、不能除外高度上皮内病变的不典型鳞状细胞（ high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion, ASC-H ）、低度鳞状上皮内病变（low grade squamous ontraepithelial lesion, LSIL ）和高度鳞状上皮内病变（ high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion,HSIL ）检出率分别为4．26％、0．52％、1．92％和0．78％。LSIL、HSIL与病理活检诊断符合率分别为63．46％和80．98％。结论新柏氏TCT是宫颈癌筛查的有效方法。

Effect of Thin-prep cytology test (TCT) in screening uterine cervix cancer

Objective To study the effect of Thin-prep cytology test （TCT） in screening uterine cerwx cancer. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 2700 cases of TCT in health examination from June 2009 to July 2010,who were admitted in Tianhe District Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Guangzhou. The cases with abnormal results were confirmed by histopathologic examination. Correlation analysis of the result was conducted. Results TCT test results showed atypical squamous ceils of undetermined significance （ASC-US）; atypical squamous ceils, cannot exclude high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion （ASC-H）; low grade squamous ontraepithelial lesion （LSIL） and high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion （HSIL） detection rates were 4.26%, 0.52%, 1.92% and 0.78%, respectively. Diagnosis accordance rate of pathological examination and LSIL was 63.46%, and HSIL was 80.98%. Conclusion TCT is an effective method for screening cervical intraepithelial lesion.
