信息化行为干预对山区高血压患者服药依从性的研究

目的探讨信息化行为干预对提高山区高血压人群的服药依从性的作用。方法将200例高血压患者随机分为干预组和对照组，每组100例。干预组在常规高血压健康宣教的基础上，通过定期短信提示、电话指导等对患者实施认知、心理、行为连续性干预；对照组采用常规高血压健康宣教。结果通过信息化行为的干预措施，两组患者在服药依从性比较（X^2=20．37，P〈0．05）、血压控制比较（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论信息化行为的干预措施在山区高血压患者干预中是一种切实有效的措施，在提高患者服药依从性、血压控制方面效果显著，值得临床推广。

Effect of information behavior intervention on medication compliance of patients with hypertension in mountainous area

Objective To explore the value of information behavior intervention on improving medication compliance to hypertension group in the mountain area. Methods 200 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 100 cases in each group. The intervention group received routine health education and the information behavior intervention including sending the regular message about the hypertension knowledge through the mobilephone and the fixed-line telephone; the control group just received the routine health education. Results By information behavior interventions, in medication compliance, there was statistical significant difference between two groups （X 2=20.37, P 〈 0.05）, also in blood pressure control （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Information behavior interventions in patients with hypertension in mountainous areas is a kind of practical and effective measures, it has significant effect in improving patients＇ medication compliance and blood pressure control, which is worthy for the clinical promotion.
