| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜下大肠息肉高频电凝电切术治疗的临床疗效和安全性。方法对2009年10月至2012年12月我院收治的96例需要进行大肠息肉高频电凝电切术治疗的患者在内镜下进行手术治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果96例患者共有106枚息肉，都得到了有效治愈，没有出现出血和肠穿孔等并发症。结论内镜下大肠息肉高频电凝电切术取得的临床治疗效果显著，能够有效降低大肠癌发生率，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of the endoscopic colon polyps high frequency electric coagulation electrotomy treatment. Methods From October 2009 to December 2012, 96 patients admitted for colon polyps high frequency electric coagulation electrotomy therapy under endoscopic surgical treatment were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, to discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic colon polyps high frequency electric coagulation electrotomy treatment. Results There were 106 pieces of polyps in 96 cases, they all received effective cure, there were no complications like bleeding or intestinal perforation. Conclusion Endoscopic colon polyps high frequency electric coagulation electrotomy treatment achieves remarkable clinical efficacy, and it can effectively reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer, it is worthy for wide use and promotion in clinic. |
