妊娠期高血压疾病发生的相关危险因素分析

目的:探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)的危险因素,为HDCP的预防和治疗提供参考。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月～2010年3月在我院住院分娩的2 217例孕产妇的临床资料,对HDCP发生的相关社会因素和产科因素进行统计学分析。结果:2 217例孕产妇发生HDCP 186例,发生率为8.4%。单因素分析结果显示,居住地、产前系统检查、产次与HDCP发生有关(P<0.05),而HDCP发生与年龄、流产病史、胎次等因素无明显相关性(P>0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析表明,居住地为农村和产前未经过系统检查是HDCP发生的危险因素(OR分别为17.069、10.832,P均<0.05)。结论:居住地为农村和产前未经过系统检查是HDCP的发生的危险因素,应加以重点评估和合理控制,可控制HD-CP发生。

Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy related risk factors

Objective： To investigate the hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy （HDCP） related risk factors, and to collect information for its prevention and control. Methods： Data of 2217 pregnant women that delivered in our hospital during January 2007 and March 2010 were retrospectively ana lyzed. And HDCPrelated social factors HDCP and obstetric factors were analyzed statistically. Results： A total of 186 cases of HDCP occurred, with an incidence of 8.4%. Univariate analysis showed that residence, prenatal system check, and experience of delivery were related to the occurrence of parity with the HDCP （P〈0.05）, while age, abortion history, times of pregnancy were not correlated factors （P〉 0.05）; Logistic regression analysis of factors showed that rural residence and lack of prenatal screening were shown as high risk factors of HDCP （OR=17. 069,10. 832, P〈0.05）. Conclusions.. Rural residence and lack of prenatal screening were shown as high risk factors of HDCP, and corresponding control meas ures can prevent Its occurrence.
