血管性痴呆患者血浆C反应蛋白变化意义探讨

目的研究血管性痴呆（Vascular dementia，VD）患者血浆中C反应蛋白（CRP）水平的变化，探讨其在VD发病中可能发挥的作用。方法收集VD患者28例，正常对照组23例。以散射比浊法测定血浆CRP含量进行统计和相关性分析。结果VD组CRP（4．38±3．46mg／L）较对照组（1．11±1．30mg／L）升高。相关分析显示血浆CRP水平与VD的严重程度呈正相关。结论血浆CRP水平的增高是VD发生的一个重要危险因子，CRP参与了VD的发病，为脑卒中后早期抗炎治疗、预防VD发生提供了理论依据。

The significance of plasma crp varation in vascular dementia

Objective To clarify the role of CRP in the pathogenesis of vascular dementia. Methods The plasma concentrations of CRP were measured in 28 patients with vascular dementia （VD） and 23 normal controls （NC）. The plasma levels of CRP were measured in all the objects by immunoturbidimetry. Results The plasma level of CRP in VD （4.38±3.46mg/l） was higher than that in the normal controls （1.11 ± 1.30mg/1）. The severity of VD was positive correlation with CRP. In other words there was a tendency that plasma CRP level increased gradually following the aggravation of VD. There was a positive correlation between plasma concentrations of CRP in patients with VD. Conclusions The alteration in plasma level of CRP, a blood inflammatory marker, was related to the severity of VD.
