| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨黄连中总生物碱含量的测定方法。方法：采用酸性染料比色法测定黄连中总生物碱的含量。结果：盐酸小檗碱在4.176～16.68μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9997,平均加样回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.84%,测得黄连中总生物碱含量为0.1125 g/g。结论：本含量测定方法操作简单,灵敏度高,准确性好,重现性好,可用于测定黄连总生物碱的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine the total alkaloids content of in Coptis chinensis. Method： Acidic dye colorimetry was used to determine the alkaloids in Coptis chinensis. Result： The concentration of berberine hydrochloride showed good linearity within the range of 4. 176 - 16.68 μg/ml, r = 0. 9997 ,the average recovery was 100.1%, RSD = 1.84% , the total alkaloids from Coptis chinensis were determined as 0.112 g/g. Conclusion： The established method is simple, highly sensitive, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for determination of the total alkaloids in Coptis chinensis. |
