粘毛黄芩根的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究粘毛黄芩 (ScutellariaviscidulaBge )化学成分。 方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化 ,根据理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到 8个化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :千层纸素A(oroxylinA ,Ⅰ )、汉黄芩素 (wogonin ,Ⅱ )、白杨素 (chrysin ,Ⅲ )、5 ,7,4′ 三羟基 8 甲氧基黄酮(5 ,7,4′ trihydroxy 8 methoxyflavone,Ⅳ )、黄芩素 (baicalein,Ⅴ )、粘毛黄芩素Ⅲ (viscidulinⅢ ,Ⅵ )、粘毛黄芩素Ⅰ (viscidulinⅠ ,Ⅶ )、汉黄芩素苷 (wogonoside,Ⅷ )。结论化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of the roots of Scutellaria viscidula.Methods Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify its constituents.The structures were determined by chemical evidence and spectral analyses.Result Eight compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as oroxylin A (Ⅰ), wogonin (Ⅱ), chrysin (Ⅲ), 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-8-methoxyflavone (Ⅳ), baicalein (Ⅴ),viscidulin Ⅲ(Ⅵ), viscidulin Ⅰ(Ⅶ), and wogonoside (Ⅷ).Conclusion Compound Ⅲ and Ⅳ are isolated from Scutellaria viscidula Bge. for the first time.
