| 摘 要： | 信息素养已经成为新时期评价人才综合素质的重要指标。本文介绍信息素养的概念及内容,论述良好的信息素养对医院管理者的重要性,分析当前医院管理者信息素养的现状;从强化信息技术意识、提高评价信息思维能力、增强创新能力及终身学习能力、营造信息化环境与完善激励引导机制等方面,探讨提高医院管理者信息素养的途径。

| Abstract: | Information attainment has become an important appraisalindicator of the talent quality in the21 st century.In this paper the concept of information attainment and contents wereintroduced,and the importance of good information attainment for hospital managers was discussed,and the current status of hospital manager＇s information attainment has been analyzed.Then the measures to improve the information attainment of hospital administrators were proposed as strengthening consciousness of information technology,improving the information thinking ability,strengthening innovation ability and lifelong learning ability,creating informatization environment,and establishing the incentive and guide mechanism. |
